Disruption of Service Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, a “Service Disruption” shall mean any event or condition, whether planned or unplanned, that causes a significant delay, degradation, or temporary unavailability of the streaming subscription/membership service provided by Guitarist James Tomas (the “Provider”), it does not include live music performances, or online music lessons, delivered via the designated platform(s). Such disruptions may include, but are not limited to, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, platform outages, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen events beyond the Provider’s reasonable control.
Remedies for Service Disruption
The Provider shall not be deemed in breach of this Agreement for any Service Disruption. The Provider cannot give refunds or reimbursements of subscription/membership fees. If you are unsatisfied you may cancel your subscription/membership at anytime.
